Wallets & callouts

Nearsight puts wallet activity and public token opinions beside market data. This guide explains what the labels mean, how following works, and the rules for posting a callout.

Wallet profiles

Open a wallet from a token's holder or trade list to see its visible activity, launched tokens, and public callouts. A profile can have a handle and avatar. The account ID is the durable identifier; a display name or label does not prove who controls the wallet.

Follow a wallet

  1. Open a wallet profile. Search for an account ID or select a wallet from a token page.
  2. Choose Follow. Follows can be kept on this device without connecting a wallet.
  3. Check the Following feed. It combines recent swaps and public callouts from followed wallets. Sign in to save your following list to your profile.

Following does not copy trades. Swap history and the live stream depend on the underlying NEAR activity source and can be delayed.

The token Room

On a token page, the Room combines visible trades and callouts. Filters highlight wallets you follow, callers, top traders, the creator, and larger trades. Routine activity is grouped to keep the timeline readable.

LabelWhat it means
FollowingThe account is on your following list.
CallerThe account posted a public callout about this token.
Top traderThe account appears in an external trader ranking and has a meaningful token position.
DevThe account matches the reported creator wallet.
Sniper / bundleThe trade fell in the opening window or opening block, where full history is available. This does not prove coordination.

Post or read a callout

A callout has a bullish or bearish stance, an author, a token, a timestamp, and text. Chart markers show when calls landed; cards can compare price at posting with current price when both values are available.

To post, connect a wallet that holds the token, open its token page, choose a stance, and write at least 10 characters. The app limits each author to 10 callouts per hour. Other token holders can co-sign a callout, but an author cannot co-sign their own. A callout is an opinion, not a Nearsight recommendation.

Referral and callout attribution

A signed-in user can share a referral link. A new user who follows that link can be associated with the referrer when they sign in. A buy opened from a callout can also carry attribution to its author.

No payouts are active. The proposed shares are 30% of a future Nearsight platform fee for an eligible referrer and 20% for an eligible callout author. Attribution is not an earned or paid reward today. See Fees & costs.
